The interior of the high voltage switching box mostly complete. This houses 3 SSRs for the two HLT elements and pump, low voltage relays for controlling the valves and a switch mode PSU for powering everything

Bald Brewery is an automated pico brewery based in Yorkshire, UK.

It uses the Brewtroller as the central controller; all other hardware and electronics is configured to a custom design.

The build is underway after around 4 years of collecting parts. The design is mostly in my head, working things out as I go along. I don't have a workshop - just a pair of molegrips, a drill, a soldering iron and a couple of qmax cutters.
