The completed control panel. This was designed in Inkscape and then sent to Razorlab in the UK to be laser cut. It arrived back with masking tape on, which I then sprayed with white paint. After a clean up with some white spirit I finished it with a clear matt lacquer to protect it.
A lot of work and planning but it looks great.

A closeup of the output override PCB wiring. This was the last one in stock so I snapped it up – it saved me a load of work and looks much neater than trying accomplish the same task without a PCB. The override PCB also has headers for external LEDs to indicate when an output is on – these are linked to the valve LEDs in the P&ID on the control panel

This is the control panel wiring – mostly complete. The heatshrink over each switch covers the zener diode circuit which allows the tri-coloured LEDs to be red when the switch is in the off position. This would have been a lot neater with a custom made PCB
